The villa is ideal for 4 adults or a family with grown-up children (aged 10 and over). There is a large outdoor area with parking space and a large private garden with a beautiful view of the mountains of the Verossaz plateau and Savatan. The Villa Rodriguez is located 150 metres from the main hotel building and next to the Chalet des Bains restaurant.
All rooms are furnished to an excellent standard, in an elegant rustic style with parquet and classic tiled floors. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a king-size bed (180cm wide), a 42-inch LED TV, a large wardrobe and a bathroom with bathtub equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer. On the ground floor, there is a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa and large 42-inch LED television, and a large dining table with sideboard. On the first floor (mezzanine) there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm), a desk, a large mirror and a 42-inch LED television. A small shower and toilet are easily accessible next to the bedroom, where there is a large free area with wardrobes.
